01General provisions
This policy explains how WKAI Asia processes the personal data of visitors to wkai.asia — primarily the data you enter in the request-for-quotation form.
The policy has been prepared in accordance with Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. ZRU‑547 “On Personal Data” of 2 July 2019 and other legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
By submitting a request, you confirm that you have read this policy and consent to the processing of your personal data on the terms described here. If you do not agree with the policy, please do not submit the form.
02Who processes your data
The personal data operator is WKAI Asia, the official representative office of Wankai New Materials in Central Asia.

03What data we collect
Data you enter in the request form:
- name
- company name
- phone number
- country
- application or PET grade
- purchase volume
- comment
Required fields are marked in the form; the rest are optional.
Technical data is saved automatically together with the request: the address of the page it was sent from, IP address, browser and device details (user agent), site language, and the date and time of submission.
We do not ask for special categories of data (health, religious or political beliefs, etc.) or biometric data — please do not include them in the comment.
04Why we use the data
We process data to:
- prepare and send you a quotation;
- contact you about your request and clarify the grade, volume, and supply and delivery terms;
- protect the form from spam and abuse;
- analyse site traffic in aggregate to make the site more convenient (if web analytics is enabled).
We do not use request data for marketing mailings without your consent.
05Legal basis
The legal basis for processing is your consent. You give it when you submit the request form with the “Send request” button.
You can withdraw your consent at any time — see “Your rights”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it.
06Storage and protection
Requests are stored in the website database on a protected server. Only authorised staff of the representative office can access them, via a password-protected admin panel.
Data between your browser and the website is transmitted over the secure HTTPS protocol.
We take organisational and technical measures to protect data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure and destruction.
07Who we share data with
To run the website and handle your requests we use third-party services. Each of them receives only the data it needs for its task:
- Telegram and e-mail — the content of the request is forwarded to staff of the representative office as an internal notification;
- Cloudflare Turnstile — if bot protection is enabled on the site, the service checks that a human is sending the form and receives technical browser data, including the IP address;
- Yandex Maps — if you click “Show map” on the contacts page, the map is loaded from Yandex servers; Yandex receives your IP address and technical browser data and may set its own cookies (see “Cookies”). Until you click the button, the map is not loaded and no data is sent to Yandex;
- Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics — if enabled, these services receive anonymised information about visits via cookies (see “Cookies”).
The servers of these services may be located outside the Republic of Uzbekistan.
We may also disclose data upon a lawful request from public authorities in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan. We do not sell or rent out personal data.
08How long we keep data
Request data is kept for as long as it is needed for the purposes it was collected for — preparing a quotation and further business cooperation with you — or until you withdraw your consent.
After that, we delete or anonymise the data unless the law requires us to keep it longer.
09Your rights
You have the right to:
- know whether your data is being processed and access it;
- request that your data be clarified, corrected or completed;
- request that your data be deleted or its processing stopped;
- withdraw your consent to processing;
- appeal against the operator’s actions to the competent public authority or in court.
To exercise these rights, write to info@wkai.asia. Include the contact details you left in your request so that we can find your data. We will reply within the time limits set by law.
10Cookies
Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser.
- “lang” remembers the language you chose in the language switcher and is kept for 1 year, so the site opens the right language version on your next visit;
- Yandex Maps cookies are set only if you open the map on the contacts page (the “Show map” button); they are set by Yandex, not by this website;
- Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics cookies are set only if these services are enabled and are used to count visits.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings — the site will keep working, but you will need to choose the language again.
11Changes to this policy
We may update this policy, for example when the website or legislation changes. The current version is always published on this page; the date of the latest revision is shown at the top.
